Marc has extensive Courtroom and trial experience at all levels of Court, in the areas of criminal defence, family law/matrimonial property division and civil litigation.
Marc has assisted clients across Calgary and Southern Alberta, including Medicine Hat, Lethbridge and Brooks.
He has been legal counsel on thousands of Court cases and has been cited as lawyer on over 20 written decisions in his career.
Marc worked in the land development industry prior to being called to the Bar, and was trained as a real estate lawyer during his Articling with Sugimoto & Company. He loves everything about real estate!
As a small business owner himself, Marc enjoys working with other business-minded clients to develop solid legal foundations for their ventures.
